Smart Tank printer failed after 40 days!!!!!!

Printer sent back to Currys 2355 job 408926 on 4th. Aug. They say it may take 6 weeks.

Since 29th July made about 6 phones calls and spoken to about 10 technical operators,

Originally advised new printer head cartridge required. But wrong product sent. Then said they had none available code1F3Y3A.

I have been without a printer for two weeks so far.

I have always used HP products and never had a problem until now.

It is very frustrating that now a problem has arisen it seems an insurmountable task to rectify this problem, all because HP have sold me  faulty Smart Tank printer

Can you please please pass this message on to your superior, that this customer wants to know how can HP sell a product with only 30 DAYS guanteree! Are they saying this printer is so poorly constructed that the quality service can only guarantee 30 days.

Currys will not give me my money back or give me a replacement. What sort of service is this

I bought the printer in good faith.

I hope HP can redeem their reputation.
