OK since W10 is in GPT/UEFI mode, you can now update the BIOS to the latest version (2.33) by following my instructions in that solved link I posted in my first reply.

In-place upgrade from W10->W11:

Watch this video, which is the easiest way to do it in my opinion, and I have used several different ways to do this during the last 3 years.

Download the W24H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).

Download Windows 11

You can download the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below. The top line is for 64 bit.

You'll have to repeat this procedure if and when Microsoft rolls out the new W11 builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.

They have been releasing new W11 builds each October so far.

Other than that, your PC will continue to get the monthly cumulative and other updates.

That's only a minor inconvenience to have continued OS support beyond October of 2025.

If things don't work right on W11, you have 10 days to easily go back to W10 as long as you don't delete the W1 upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.

Yes, I mean that discussion and the BIOS files are the same for the CMT, MT and SFF as is the procedure to update the BIOS outside of Windows.

Is any way in Windows 10 start the BIOS/UEFI Update process, and, restart to apply it…?

Why would you want to risk wrecking your PC by running the Windows based flash which was written to be run on W7 and older operating systems on W10?

I have given many forum members the procedure to update the BIOS in the discussion I posted.

It's easy and it's the safest way to update the BIOS--even if I had W7 installed, I would still use the F10 setup BIOS flash method.

But that's up to you.

Do you feel lucky?

Ok, i think try your recommended way:

On the file tab, select the Flash System ROM command.

Select the USB flash drive.

The PC should now see the BIOS update files on the flash drive.

Follow the on screen instructions to update the BIOS.

I will see many files?

While there will be several files on the flash drive, you will only see one file when you select the USB flash drive and the PC 'sees' that file.  It will be the BIOS BIN file.

What is this ^^ update(s) in my latest post with screenshot...?

I don't know but I don't recommend running it.

I have seen a few posts where folks have run that update on different model PC's and it failed to install correctly and wrecked the PC.

I don't even know how you run it, and I don't want to know, because I don't think it is a simple run the file and let it do its thing.
