Hp Device Manager

I am getting an error when i delete a device from the device manager list:

cannot resolve the collation conflict between latin1_general_ci_as and sql_latin

Sql server is set to: SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS

HP Device Manager version 5.0.7

 

Also the Task & Reports -> Device Tasks are empty after clicking on Refresh Device Tasks

And when you check the Thinclient -> Task history it still showing the task.

I have the same Problem.
My Solution is:

Backup your HPDM Database.

Notice your Collation from your HP DM Database

Reinstall MS SQL Server with the same Collation as your HPDM Database.

Recover your HP DM Database.

Problem started after installing Hp Device Manager 5.0.7

After reverting HP Device Manger to 5.0.6 the problem is solved.
