Hello,

 

We have Poly Clariti Manager deployed in our environment with purchased ongoing licensing and support. I cannot seem to add the devices or register the product with my new HP account for support and services. 

 

It just keeps asking me to "Enter your serial number" and none of the entries previously used in Polycom Support work.

 

Serial Number Format: L####-####-####-####

Part Number Format: ####-#####-###

(where each # represents a digit)

 

It errors with "Please enter a valid serial number" and no option to continue. Any ideas?
