Hello Rob,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I never had the issue in the first place and I only outlined the official escalation path in my role as a moderator.

 

If you are experiencing the same issue of being unable to upload a slide I would suggest you contact your Polycom reseller and / or Polycom support as already outlined.

 

Since this original post was started newer builds of the RMX has been released so I would ensure you are running the latest supported software before contacting support as outlined above and within my other replies.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

I have this problem on 7.8.0.322, Has it been resolved?

 

Attempting to upload jpg or bmp, less that 1600 x 1200, in 4:3 format. the YES button has no effect. I can delete other files, but not add.
