Hi all,
we have an RPRM install with local users configured for when LDAP breaks, we noticed a couple of them have disappeared in the last week when LDAP was being spotty and we had to use local user accounts. Some of those users were not able to login and they definitively had local accounts configured as a backup last week, but there is no account in the list for them this morning.
I can't seem to find any info in the Admin guide on which log file has a Delete user event written into it when this occurs. Can anyone tell me which file from the logs to start with? I can find the Login / auth events.
Is there a doc somewhere which shows this? Or can someone please point me in the right direction,
thanks
AK.

Hello @AK_Telstra ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Usually, log files are not meant for end-user consumption but if you still want to try check JServer in Debug. As stated by my colleague a real RCA it needs to come into support.

Thank you for taking the time to read this message.
The purpose of this short overview is to provide a quick overview on how to set up a Poly Clariti Manager, formally known as a RealPresence ResourceManager 10.1 or later, to support Poly Phone provisioning.

Hello @janirenaldo
I am unsure why you are answering on a topic that discusses the RPRM / Clarity Manager Log files?
Are you after a guide or are you preparing one?
We already have this in our VoIP FAQ:

Resolution: Please check => here <=
