Why can't I change the language and disable the sensors on my headset via PLANTRONICS HUB? I also tried your new POLYLENS app and it can't update either!!!! Bring back the normal app as it was before

The Plantronics Hup will be end of life and has been replaced by Poly Lens. Please open a Lens Mopinion Bug https://lens.poly.com/appfeedback

 

Or, if no other volunteers reply, I suggest contacting our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
