Product: HP z9

I have a HP z9 plotter with the latest firmware. After a while in standby the plotter will only show the HP logo and I need to unplug the power for the plotter to work again

Try running an EEROM reset, followed by a JDI reset, then restore all factory settings.

Hello,

 

To avoid any network miscellaneous, can you check if we get the same issue when keeping the plotter without the network cable?
