🛠️ Step-by-Step Fix for 59.C0 Error

1. Power Cycle and Toner Check

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the wall.
  • Remove all toner cartridges.
  • Power the printer back on without any cartridges.
  • Then insert one cartridge at a time, closing the access door after each.
  • If the error reappears after inserting a specific cartridge, that one may be faulty.

2. Inspect Toner Cartridges

  • Make sure all cartridges are HP OEM and not third-party or refilled.
  • Check for any jammed or seized drums—a stuck cartridge can trigger the error.

3. Update Firmware

  • Visit the HP M283fdw support page and install the latest firmware.
  • Use a USB connection if the printer isn’t responding over Wi-Fi.

4. Reset the Printer
