We have a Vertical phone system and just removed the 9 to dial out option however the Polycom Soundstations are having trouble dialing out. After speaking with the verical rep they said we can dial 880XX where XX is the line out to get a line to dial out. For example if I want to call out from the Polycom's I would dial 880015555551234 just go get outside call. I'm trying to find a way to hard code the 880XX number in the polycom or find a way to allow the polycom to pick a line. Any ideas?

Hello @TroyPawleska
from our FAQ:
• RR604Rxxxxxxx—prepend 604 to all 7 digit numbers
— For example, if a customer dials 4539400, 604 is added to the front of the number, so a call 6044539400 is placed.
You would obviously replace 604 with 88011 and then all 7 digit numbers would dial 88011xxxxxxx.
The above would be added as the 1st entry.
Best regards

So this is what I have for my Digit map
[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]RR88011Rxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]RR88011Rxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT
And it doesn't seem to be working I still have to dial 88011 before the number and hit send. I want the 88011 to be hidden so users will only have to dial the number they want to dial out.

Hello @TroyPawleska
the FAQ should be pretty clear on all issues and also has example logging so you can see what happens.
You did not add this as the 1st entry as suggested and neither is there a separator between the number aka a | so your digitmap will not work.
Please try to follow the instructions given and if this fails, and no other community volunteer has any idea, the next step would be contacting your Poly reseller.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.
If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

You said the separator is not there | where should it go? I keep going over the code and don't see where it was missing i pieced this together from the FAQ
[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]RR88011Rxxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]RR88011Rxxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT

You have not followed the instructions and neither have you posted any logs which should show your error.
Please change the default digitmap from:
[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|**x.T|+x.T
to:
RR88011Rxxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|**x.T|+x.T
If this fails please await other volunteers response or follow up the official way as already outlined.
Best regards
