Product: C60

Hi,

I have a C60 running 7.2.1.1975 and I would like to upgrade this to 8.1.3, but when I select the poly Hosted option, I only see 8.1.6 or 8.1.5.

Is there another poly-hosted server that will give me access to the older versions?

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

Not all software versions are hosted on our server anymore. This may be due to security issues or other reasons. You can always set up a local server

 

From our VoIP FAQ:

  • Jan 06, 2024 Question: Since the move from Poly to HP where can I download Software?
    Resolution: Please see >here< for an explanation and create an Account for Poly Lens in the cloud

    A list of older Audio, Video and Voice archived software and Release Notes articles are published on Official HP® Support knowledgebase. These articles are snapshot of Poly support portal before its sunset in Dec 2023. Any new software release after, please follow the new software distribution path.

    To search for archived software and Release Notes, please follow the instructions:
  1. Open the Official HP® Support site.

In the search bar, type in “Archived' after the name of the product you are looking for, in this example we searched for the RMX Software and Archived Release Notes

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I set up my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <= and you need Poly Lens now to get access to Poly Software.

 

Mar 30, 2012 Question: Can I host my own upgrade Server or download Firmware locally?
