CCX350

The following speed dial pattern works with a VVX250 phone but is ignored by a CCX350 phone.  This even though they have the same amount of line keys (4). Has anyone had to configure a CCX 350 before and knows what needs to be changed?

<keysg feature.enhancedfeaturekeys.enabled="1"
feature.EFKLineKey.enabled="1"
efk.efklist.2.action.string="+41581234567"
efk.efklist.2.mname="Contact 1"
efk.efklist.2.status="1"
efk.efklist.3.action.string="+41581234568"
efk.efklist.3.mname="Contact 2"
efk.efklist.3.status="1"
efk.efklist.4.action.string="+41581234569"
efk.efklist.4.mname="Contact 3"

Hello @RobG12 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application version you use. For example Microsoft Teams, Zoom rooms, etc.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.

To answer your original question I am pretty sure the original release for the CCX 350 was Microsoft Teams only so pretty sure these openSIP parameters work for the Native Microsoft Teams Android App.

Provide us volunteers with a few more details

Hello Steffen

The software version of the CCX phone is 8.0.2.3267

The base profile is Teams. However, it's possible to configure it as a SIP phone (which is what I've done). So the phone can make calls, the phone can receive calls but the speed dial configuration is ignored.

Best regards
Rob

Hello @RobG12 ,

I suggest you use a currently supported version like 8.1.6 and test this again.

If no other volunteer has any ideas and 8.1.6 does not work, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards
