I have a few CCX 350's running 9.1.1.0258 with the Microsoft Teams base profile. On some of the phones the Settings -> Paging/PTT Configuration is greyed out and on others it is not. I am logged in with "admin" account.
Any ideas? Is there some config knob that needs to be turned on?

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.
A good way is to take a backup of a working phone and compare it to a backup of a phone that does have the option grayed out.
- Download a tool like Notepad++
- Install the compare Plug in
- Use the compare plug in
