Where can I get the config files to place on the server? I bought a refurbished IP 4000. It is getting the DHCP address information fine but when I try to connect to its web server I am blocked. I am guessing the web server is disabled. Can I can change that setting in the config file?

Hello dborchardt,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Is this about the VVX300 or a SSIP4000 as I am confused by the Subject and message content.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Oct 7, 2011 Question: What is the Standard Username and Password for a Polycom Phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

I changed the subject line but it still says vvx 300. Should I close this one and start a new message? I did look at the faq. I do not see the login prompt. I get "Web Page Is Not Available". I can Ping the 4000 and it gets its DHCP address correctly. I am wondering if the web server on the phone is turned off and if so how to turn it back on.
