When I put the IP of the soundstation in the browser I get a prompt to enter username/password. I've tried all the defaults as well as resetting the IP Sound Station back to defaults. Nothing seems to get me into it. HELP!

welcome to the Polycom Community.
Assuming you are using the defaults Polycom / 456 or click on Admin / 456 not knowing your currently used Software Version.
It is always useful to provide some background information in regards if this is a brand new unit or a used unit or if this worked before.
Please be aware that we do not disclose within this official Polycom community how to reset the Phones if the Admin Password is lost.
Many of our partners utilize these phones and offer services so we cannot publicly disclose the procedure to do so.
Please contact our support team via your Polycom reseller who sold you the unit.
We will remove any post replying to this that will publicly explain how to remove the password.
