We have a Polycom HDX7000 codec with a Soundstation 7000. We are experiencing no dial tone with "service unavailable" issue again when trying to place an audio call using the Soundstation. Discovered that if you push the blue button on the codec it restarts the phone. Restarting the codec/polycom speakerphone brought the dial tone and service back up. Any idea how to tell codec (or phone?) not to go to sleep?
Thanks!

Hello a_gunslinger,
it helps if you provide the Software Version of the HDX Codec and of the SSIP7000.
The latest recommended Version for the HDX is always mentioned in the Release Notes => here <= on Page 107
