Greetings Gurus,
When i login via GUI on my Poly CXX350, I'm not able to configure the SIP settings.
It's greyed out under Settings.
Under Simple Setup, the SIP configuration seems not working. Not receiving any SIP registration from the Poly CXX350 on my SBC.
KIndly assist on how to configure the SIP on my deskphone.

Hello @Theivz ,
Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the software version you currently use for your HP Poly product.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.
To answer your question we assume the device is either in Microsoft Teams mode or you potentially used the User Login instead of the Admin login.
To change from Microsoft Teams mode log on using the admin password go to Simple Set Up and select Generic:
Most other questions can be answered via our VoIP FAQ.
Other volunteers are welcome to reply.

Apology for the incomplete information.
Please see below followings:
Software Version : 9.0.0.10315
Phone Model | CCX 350 |
Part Number | 3111-49690-001 Rev:D |
Currently phone is load with Microsoft Teams as base profile.
And I logged in via Admin account.
Unfortunately it doesnt have Generic Profile. It only has Microsoft Teams and Microsoft USB Phone as the base profiles.
How can I download Generic for the base profile?

Try this, I do not have one at hand so I cannot test. I believe originally it was just a Microsoft Teams phone as discussed >here<
If this still fails, and no other volunteer comes forward, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
