VVX 250

Greetings,

I am currently using a Poly VVX250 deskphone.

I would like to know if there is a way to re-arrange the softkey (while the call is active) on the phone to be as below:

I was able to disable the end call button, but I am not sure on how to make the Transfer and Conference softkey button to appear on the 1st page of the phone display (while the call is active).

Thanks

Hello @Said8 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product. We also do not know if this is UC Software or ObiEdition.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Our Public FAQ contains for UC Software this:

Nov 25, 2011 Question: How can I change the functionality of a softkey button/use EFK?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Best regards
