ladies and gentlemen,
unfortunately we have the problem that the DHCP option 160 does not work as we want it to
Server type HTTPS
DHCP option 160
String: http:MTURPRM:password@mrprm-prod/phoneservice/configfiles
But with the Trio I get the error message: invalid Provisioning details.
There is a special character in the password, inside.
Can it be because of the special character?

Hello buenyamin.demirezen@mtu.de ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
I suggest you check >here< as this explains how to "escape" special characters aka replacing with Ascii code.
The next step would be to provide us with some logs of a phone having set a manual IP => here <=:
- Settings > Logging > Global Settings > Global Log Level Limit > Log File Size (Kbytes) > VVX/SPIP/SSIP prior to 5.5.0 = 180
- Settings > Logging > Global Settings > Global Log Level Limit > Log File Size (Kbytes) > Trio 8300 & VVX after 5.5.0 = 1000
- Settings > Logging > Global Settings > Global Log Level Limit > Log File Size (Kbytes) > Trio or CCX 10240
- Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > DHCP Client > Event 1
- Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > Config > Event 3
- Once the above is set change back to DHCP and the phone will reboot and try to get a IP.
- Once this fails change back to a manual IP and get the logs
