Does Polycom provide a log viewer that matches the log output of the phones to ease out troubleshooting.
I have some logs to check with thousands of lines and need to retrieve the sip packets from there.

Hello @AlexK,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
The logs are not really meant for consumption of End Users as they often have messages in there that may confuse the user.
Only Polycom support can use these. We do not offer any tools for this either.
