Poly Lens
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am wanting to implement dial plans but, I have no idea what I'm doing. all of my phones are configured via Poly Lens. My Internal extensions, are five digits long starting with 1, my call park extensions are 3 digits long starting with 3, and my outside access code is 9.

How would I go about implementing the above dial plan with Poly Lens?

Hello @jmh_ije ,

Welcome back to the HP community.

Unfortunately, yet again, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

It would be of interest as well if this is using the UC Software or ObiHai as this depends on the answer we can provide.

From a community search >here< or our publicly availabale FAQ:

Much to my surprise-it seems that you are unaware that Poly Lens is a cloud based  provisioning tool for Poly devices. Thus, the version is unknown to me and is assumed to be the latest. My phones are running the UC firmware.   I have listed the dial plan that I need, It would be useful if there was a tool to help me create it, or if it was more simplified like on Mitel dual mode endpoints.

Hello @jmh_ije ,

please keep responses to a professional level if you expect a reply.

The phone will have a software version and neither of your posts so far has ever included such detail.

For future help, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
