What USB camera is supported using compatible Poly IP Phones?
Using the older VVX 500 and VVX 600 Legacy Phones the supported Cameras are:
- Polycom VVX Camera 2200-46200-025
- Polycom EagleEye Mini Camera 2200-85010-001
Using the later VVX 501 and VVX 601 Phones the supported Cameras are:
- Polycom VVX Camera 2200-46200-025
- Polycom EagleEye Mini Camera 2200-85010-001
Using a CCX 600 phone the supported Cameras is:
- Polycom EagleEye Mini Camera 2200-85010-001
Using a Poly Trio 8800 with a Poly Visual+ the supported Cameras are:
- EagleEye USB IV UC Software 5.5.3 or later
- EagleEye Mini UC Software 5.7.1 or later 2200-85010-001
- EagleEye Cube USB UC Software 5.9.0 AB or later 7230-63695-001
- Logitech C930
Using a Poly Trio 8500 with a Poly Visual+ the supported Cameras are:
- EagleEye USB IV UC Software 5.8.0 or later
- EagleEye Mini UC Software 5.7.1 or later 2200-85010-001
- EagleEye Cube USB UC Software 5.9.0 AB or later 7230-63695-001
- Logitech C930
What Call Servers support Video Calls?
- Using a Poly Trio VVX, CCX or compatible Trio 8800 or 8500 (with Visual+/VisualPro) in openSIP the server needs to be able to support H.264.
Note: Please check with your SIP Server Provider if they support Video - Using a Poly Trio VVX, CCX or compatible Trio 8800 or 8500 (with Visual+/VisualPro) in an on Premise Skype for Business server Video should be supported.
Note: Please check with our Partner Microsoft for more details - Using a Poly Trio VVX, CCX or compatible Trio 8800 or 8500 (with Visual+/VisualPro) in a former Skype for Business online / Microsoft 3PIP Gateway (Teams) Video is not supported
- Using a Poly CCX 600 (with a EagleEye Mini Camera 2200-85010-001) or CCX 700 as a Zoom Phone Appliance Video is supported
