Hi Steffen,

In the same status...No directory option...

And:

In the folder config:

The UC SW we're using:

I tried a Poly Trio c60 and it successfully accessed the directory - mac.xml...this problem only occurs with the Poly Trio 8300...and the procedure adopted is the recommended one...I don't know what else to do... : (

Hello @1ber2

I cannot help you configure your phone from scratch as I am just a volunteer.

I already replied with details and you will never be able to set up speed dials via the Web Interface on any current phone.

You can only set up Speed Dials via the Phone UI aka the Display on the Phone. You can also set up Speed dials via a provisioning Server.

I have shared details on this.

You can check your phone Backup if you can find anything in there preventing you to have Speed Dials on the phone as documented in our Public FAQ:

May 25, 2017 Question: Can I create a backup of my current configuration?

Resolution: Since UC Software 4.0.0 or later a backup can be created via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup

I will not respond to any follow up questions from you as I already explained you need to contact either:

Other volunteers can try and help you but official support is required to progress here

Best Regadrs

Hello @1ber2

my final reply before I close this topic is,

UC Software 7.3.x is after PVOS 8.0.x

At present PVOS 8.1.3 is the latest Software available for the Trio 8300

Best and final regards
