We are currently experiencing Wi-Fi connectivity issues with our Poly CCX 505 phones following the recent Poly firmware update to version 9.0.0.10460.
I was using the web interface - Software Update screen to downgrade the firmware. But I could not see any previous version in the drop down from Poly hosted server.
Can someone pls help me on this. Thank you

welcome to the HP Poly community.
Checking via the Web Interface Utilities => Software Upgrade => Check for Updates should show:
- 9.0.0 "D" 9.0.0.10460
- 9.0.0 9.0.0.10315
- Downgrade from PVOS 9 to 8.1.5 8.1.5-downgrader
- 8.1.7 8.1.7.0842
- 8.1.6 8.1.6.1006
If it does not for some reason please download the Firmware from Poly Lens as advised in our VoIP FAQ:

Resolution: Please see >here< for an explanation and create an Account for Poly Lens in the cloud
The FAQ details how to upgrade / downgrade a phone using a USB stick.
If this fails I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region, if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.
