Greetings,
We have a couple of PolyCom IP 7000 SoundStations that have the following firmware:
Bootblock: 3.0.2_40000-001.0024
BootROM: 4.3.0.0616
PolyDSP: 4.0.0.0171
SIP Version: 3.2.4.0267 (this is the SIP version being loaded from our VoIP PBX, I am assuming)
Can someone point me in the direction of what ithe procedure/utility is, to upgrade these SoundStations to the most current available, stable firmware?

Just a follow up on the original post,
usually as an End Customer without any open Polycom Support Ticket you would never flash the Bootblock and this is not publicly available either.
Only the BootROM / Upgrader / Updater and SIP / UCS Software is flashed.
