Hi Community,

We are planning to buy polycom phones for our contact center , hence we want to find the end of life support for phones. Can you please let me know where we can find the information.

Hello @Anushshetty ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

A good start would be to specify what kind of Poly phones you are looking to obtain as the answer depends on this.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

If you need immediate and/or official assistance for former Poly\Plantronics\Polycom please open a service ticket through your support channels
For HP products please check HP Support.

I want to know the VVX 201 and VVX 350 model.

VVX 201 is EOSale  for sure (and will be End of Support by Q4 2025), like most old VVX x00/x01s

I've recently heard  that x50 are EOS also while still being supported (Steffen correct me if I'm wrong).

So I would suggest checking newer Edge or CCX phones as an alternative.
