Dear All,
We are trying to setup a Windows IIS HTTP Provisioning Server for the polycom vvx and ccx phones . Is there any configuration guidlines for the IIS setup to get this working ? We have done the installation using the firmware files and config from polycom but we keep getting file no present on the phone logs . What MIME types and permissions need to be done on the files in the web folder .
Your support is highly appreciated ,
Thanks & Best Regards,
Mohammad

Hello @moitani ,
Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the software version you currently use for the HP Poly products you use.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
We do remind users in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important. In addition, the VoIP FAQ and/or using the community search should find many posts.
Example from the VoIP FAQ :
Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I set up my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <= and you need Poly Lens now to get access to Poly Software.
HTTPS specific:
If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, and no other volunteers reply, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
