config_files.cfg, web.cfg,devices_settings.cfg or phone_local.cfg ?
Cisco engineer checked on voice gateway and ask to change DTMF tone to be 127:

Hello IT_easycompare,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
May 25, 2017 Question: Can I create a backup of my current configuration?
Resolution:Since UC Software 4.0.0 or later a backup can be created via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup
Utilizing the above simple instructions enables you to check within your backup <Web section if the added configuration is present.
As you are using a software later than 3.2.0 the payload type requested by the Cisco Engineer is already used.
I suggest to use the rest of the FAQ post to troubleshoot this.

Hello IT_easycompare,
As already outlined the Payload is 127 as a standard and therefore if set agin is removed as we are already applying this value.
The backup of the configuration will only show parameters that differ from the standard.
