I tried attaching the code and I don't believe it is getting through and still being flagged. I have updated logs as well

Hello @jkuder70

simply follow >this< aka as it shows how to use the Code Function.

Then copy & paste the text into the Box. If this fails try to rename the log file into .txt and attach.

Please bear in mind, the Polycom IP 7000 was end of sale back in 2019 asking for Software now in 2025 should show you how old this device really is. The UC Software 4.0.9 was released back in 2016

Best regards

At this point I give up. I honestly don't understand how we have IP7000's in our system that are working, yet cannot get this new one that we have to work. All the same settings and even have it on the same firmware as the working ones.  We can technically get it to make and received calls, but it does not show as register to our Metaswitch PBX. We have ordered a Trio C60 to try and see if we can get it working. Thanks for the help.

Hello @jkuder70 ,

If you have two units on the same firmware or even different firmware:

  • Download a tool like Notepad++
  • Install the compare Plug in
  • Use the compare plug in to compare the backup of two units

The above should show you the difference. It could be something as little as not having the correct time.

Best Regards

I did that and looking at compare all is the same other than the non-working one does not have a config file since it is not not getting to our metaswitch I would imagine
