Hello @jkuder70 ,
Welcome to the HP Poly community.
From our VoIP FAQ:

Resolution:
Using a CCX as an example, you find the SSL / TSL selection via the Web Interface Settings > Network > TLS > TLS Applications. This may depend on the Software version used.
or

Hello @jkuder70 ,
Again our VoIP FAQ:
Apr 17, 2013 Question: How can I setup a TLS connection for SIP signaling and / or troubleshoot this?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
The SoundStation 7000 is end of Life and end of support, so using the FAQ hopefully helps you get this working.
If not, please look at a currently supported Product like the Poly Trio C60.
Best Regards

Hello @jkuder70 ,
I am not aware that we still host such old Firmware and as you have not provided any logs for us volunteers to try an look at there is not a lot you can do.
The Poly C60 did support Skype for Business but I believe this is end of support from Microsoft. Its an openSIP phone just like all our other current products like the CCX or Edge E phones. It can be used with Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms and many others as well.
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards

Well we have tried everything and no go. It is too bad that there is no way to get a copy of 4.0.9.1191 as we know that works on our system. We have a bunch of the IP7000's and now apparently are useless to us even as replacements for the dozens of them that we have out there in our offices. Thanks for the help.
