Poly Edge E100 – Intermittent Ringer Issue

Several users have reported that the ringer on the Poly Edge E100 is not working properly. Their phones sometimes ring, but at other times they do not ring at all, even though the call is coming in.

We placed two phones next to each other and tested them at the same time. Sometimes both phones ring simultaneously, while other times only one of the two phones rings. However, when we test the same calls through Teams, everything works consistently every time.

We also noticed that the phones always work when connected directly to the network outlet. This may indicate that the issue could be related to the network connection or switch configuration.
