After setting up and configuring the polycom phones model 335 and 550 i am able to dial all of the extensions from inside of the office.
Example:
When i dial from extension 201 to 202 i can connect and i can hear myself on the other end. However, when i dial from extension 201 to an outside line 305-691-6102 i hear all circuits are busy now please try your call again later. Any suggestions.

Hello giveMeSomeAnswers,
Is this an audible message or simply the phone playing back the fast busy tone ?

simply the phone playing back the fast busy tone.
After i dial an outside number it states all circuits are busy now please try your call again later. I am going to try to figure out how to use shark wire. I've never used that before.

How does one know if the polycom voip phones are operating in the cloud. I purchased (2) 550 and (4) 335. Our cloud provider is Xarix.com. I installed FreePBX in the cloud. The phones are working fine. I can receieve inbound calls and make outbound calls. My question is how do i know if the phones are working in the cloud.
If they were operating in the cloud, would they be cableless? Because right now they are hardwire to my comcast business modem.

Hello giveMeSomeAnswers,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
You may want to check out the "cloud" definition in various Wiki sites in order to understand what the cloud stands for.
All current Polycom phones are wired phones so they need to be connected to some sort of device establishing a connection either to a local Lan or a Wan.
