I have one 550 phone that reboots every 24 hours at the same time.
Using a hosted PBX solution (I think they are using Broadcom). The provider says that it's nothing on their end that would be causing that.
Is there anything in the phone itself that could be causing it? It's rebooted right in the middle of calls, which is not something the client likes when talking to them!

welcome to the Polycom Community.
This sounds like a CheckSync SIP command being send. Please run a wireshark trace on the phone in question just around the time this occurs.
