I have been having some reports of phones rebooting so I setup syslog to see if I could capture the issue. I have setup one phone with debug settings and I keep seeing these messages spamming the log at about 40 times per second :
sspsHdiRtpLclHtDQSend: pktObj 0 is not active.
sspsHdiRtpLclHtDQSend: pktObj 1 is not active.
These may be normal but I havent been able to find any info on what ssps is and what the log message means, I would appreciate any answers on this.
Thanks,
Lazaro

Hello Lazaro,
we usually do not share our internal messaging with the public and we most certainly do not recommend to just run a phone in debug mode if not previously discussed with Polycom support.
I would suggest you gather some data on when this issue happens and then work with your Polycom reseller to get a ticket raised with Polycom support.
Most importantly check the boot & app logs for any errors and ensure that there are no configuration files issues.
Running the latest Software also excludes previously found issues.
Best Regards
