Hi,
I have updated software version of Polycom VVX 500 and VVX 600 to 4.1.3... The video call from Lync 2010 client to VVX 500 and VVX 600 is working fine but i can not make video call from Lync 2013 client to vvx 500 and 600 or VVX 500, 600 to Lync client 2013.Audio call is working.
Thanks in Advance

VVX to Lync video calls are not currently supported with these Lync Qualified devices.
That being said, most video calls in Lync 2010 will function today for scenarios where ICE may not be needed for media traversal, as these calls are utilizing the common H.263 video codec available in the Lync 2010 client.
Lync 2013 no longer includes the older H.263 codec and the VVX phones do not currently support RTV or H.264/SVC so video calls between 2013 clients and VVX phones are not possible.

Hi Jeff,
I'm having trouble getting a VVX 600 to do Video calls to a Lync 2013 client. I have updated the VVX 600 to version 5.0.0 and it appears that it has the H.264 codec, but I still cannot get it to work. Is this supported yet? Or is their a config guide on how the phone should be configured?
Thanks,
Step.

Hello Step,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Dec 6, 2011 Question: What Phone Models support the LYNC 2010 or LYNC 2013 Features added in UCS 4.0.1?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
The above states:
Note: The support for Lync video calls with UC Software 5.0.0 is limited to the following scenarios when using Lync 2010:
- In Lync 2010 environment Point-to-Point video calls between VVX 500/600 IP phone and another VVX 500/600 phone is supported.
- Point-to-Point video calls between VVX 500/600 and Lync Client 2010 are supported.
- Video Call transfers and Call forward from Lync Client party to another user with VVX 500/600 or vice-versa are supported.
- Video sessions between a registered remote user and a video capable in-premise enterprise user (VVX 500/600 or Lync Client) are supported.
- Video call sessions between federated users with endpoints as VVX 500/600 or Lync Client are supported.
- Video calls in Lync 2013 environment are not supported due to lack of support to H.264 or RTV in UCS 5.0.0.

Hello,
Any update regarding video calls to or from VVX 600 to/from Skype for Business server 2015? Even when I'm calling to VVX 600 from video capable SfB client the video icon on the VVX is shown as striked through - is it OK?
Thank you in advance!

The above is still applicable or the FAQ would have been updated.
I cannot discuss future versions due a NDA needing to be in place. I can only suggest to work with your Polycom reseller.
