Hello!
I am trying to make it so that when our Poly Edge devices dial "0" the poly replaces the "0" with a 4-digit extension. From the Poly docs I could find, using "R" replaces the digit. For example, if I wanted to replace "0" with "9999" I would add
R0R9999
To the digit map. When applying this change, the poly phone still dials "0" instead of the replaced digits.
Here's my full digit map:
[4-9]11|*xx|R0R9999|17xx|2[1,3,4,7,8,9]xx|3[1-8]xx|72xx|#xx|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|xx.T
This device is an Edge 300 running PVOS 8.1.3.1284.
