Hello Mike,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
I am sure that we do not provide a document highlighting how a SSIP5000 can be setup to work with the CUCM as a 3rd Party SIP Device.
They only devices that are tested against the CUCM Platform are the SoundStructure VoIP Card and the VVX1500C
The guide can be found => here <= and should be applicable for any Polycom SIP Device running the UCS / SIP Stack on the CUCM as a 3rd Party SIP device but has not been tested by Polycom and therefore is not supported.
Best Regards

I have had no problems registering the Polycom IP 5000 conference phone in a CUCM environment. However, I'm wanting to deploy one in our CME environment. I'm assuming there may be a phone load that needs to be done but could use some whitepapers if any exist. Can somebody help me get some info together for this model of phone?
Thanks,
Chris Fischer
