Sorry, I have an old Polycom VVX 201, I have done the firmware upgrade from the poly host and now I can't set the PSW because the old one that it was 456 doens't work. So I try to reset the phone using the MAC address but the phone doesn't reset.

Is there someone  with this problem and it has solved it?

Thanks to everyone whio can help me.

Hello,

and thank for this rreply .

I have to say that I solved this problem. After trying a few times to reset the phone, it suddenly reset and the default PSW (456) worked. Then I could set up a new admin PSW and set the phone to my SIP account.

Best Regards.
