Over the past several months we've had several polycom vvx 250 desk phones randomly go dead overnight. When the user checks the phone in the morning the screen is black and no dial tone. If we unplug and replug the phone in (PoE), then the screen remains black but the buttons light up for a few seconds and then go black also, almost as if the phone is off. We've tried using a different ethernet cables, different ports and different switches but once they start showing those symtoms we can't seem to get the phone to come back on. Any ideas?
