I have a VVX311 that we are trying to get functional so that we can replace a unit that is no longer working. The current version is 

5.5.2.9374 

 

Trying to get it updated with the latest firmware 5.9 but am unable to locate the proper file. The ones I have tried are not working. Any help is appreciated. I am trying to do this using an FTP server

I tried downloading 5.9.8 to my ftp server and it does not appear to be taking it when it tries to updgrade.
