Hello all
Question about the IP address on my Polycom VVX 411.
It says duplicate IPv4 address... etc.
I want it to get assigned a new IP address. How do I make sure the phone gets assigned a new address? Is there something I can change in the phone settings?

Hello @BBI ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Both the communities Must Read First and the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow-up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
From the FAQ:
Jul 31, 2020 Question: How can I troubleshoot a phone not getting an IP or DHCP issues?
Resolution: Try a manual IP => here <= or for DHCP logging check >here< and check LLDP or CDP => here <=
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
