I will check that FAQ for the ring issue tomorrow.  

I know it is an open forum and I apologize if I was unclear.  You posted giving instructions and I said I would try it and report back.  My second post stated that your suggestion worked fine but I had to access each phone via the admin web interface.  I also clicked that your post was accepted as the solution.  I wanted to be sure other users knew your directions worked but other users might need to know to access the phone interface via web access to implement the solution.
