Hello everyone

I got an issue with VVX 500. The phone boot's correctely, and the screen is working. But once the phone started, i got a blackscreen : but the phone "is working", i can call, and can recieve call ...

It is a configuration mistake ?

Hello Knuckles,

What happens when you press the home screen?

What Software Version are you running?

I would factory default the unit and format the file system and then start with a basic configuration.

The App log should show some errors.

If all fails raise a Support Ticket via your Polycom reseller.

Hi,

I'm running 4.0.2.

When there is no configuration file, the screen is working ... when we push our configuration file, I have blackscreen.

So there is something missing in my configuration file.

Is there any parameters about vvx touchscreen ?

Hi,

due me being unsure I can only recommend to run your configuration through the cfcUtility.

Most likely some old or wrong parameter.

The app log should show this.

I found out the issue : I deleted all parameters related to power saving, and it's work now.

But I have another issue : I can't hear (and they can't hear me) polycom soundpoint ip phone.

But I can have conversation with VVX 1500 phones.

This issue happens also on VVX 1500 phones (can't hear soundpoint ip phones)

It is related to this error line :
