So I am trying to get 2 IP7000 working on a MX250.
One issue is that Zultys seems to want the files Polycom removed starting at 3.3.0.
The other issue is that I have two phones both were booting of the same MX250 and 1 continues to try the boot cycle while the other shows the Polycom logo and then goes blank. Never Initializes Network.
Any help?

Hello JonathanLowEry,
welcome to the Polycom Community. I am unsure if we officially support Zultys or if they have done any interoperability testing with Polycom.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
The above explains what Parameters or changes to the web interface are required to register to most SIP servers.
I am unsure what files the Zultys want's but can only assume its the SIP.cfg and/or Phone1.cfg which are no longer used since upgrading to UC Software 3.3.0 or later.
For the "non" booting unit are you sure there are no additional messages on the screen? A bit of a history on your units is sometimes helpful and I can only advise you to utilize the FAQ to further troubleshoot these units.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

I'm in the process of testing some Polycom phones against my MX250 and was wondering if you were successful or not. Basically, do I cut my losses and stay with Zultys handsets or can these things really work.
I know that this was an older post, but here I am looking for any help I can find.
Thanks in advance.
