I am testing a VVX 250 on my Vonage business account. The Vonage provisioning includes an option for a custom logo, but there is a vertical white line as part of the default display that messes things up. I have swiped this photo (attached) from another post here about custom displays, because it shows the line I'm speaking of quite clearly. How can I get rid of that thin vertical line down the middle? TIA, Nathan

Hi Steffen, I Just want to make sure I understand you correctly.
This thin vertical line is part of the Poly software and could only be changed if a feature request was implemented. In that case I will just live with it. It's obviously not important to others as I found no other messages regarding it.
Please confirm, thanks.
