Trio C60-M

i was required to update to the poly c60. upon receipt, the device is provisioned via ringcentral and is able to receive calls. the issue is the dialpad is missing. i can work around and find a dial pad by swiping the notification and getting to the previous call log. also, my firmware is stuck at 5.9.5.3153. i have not been able to update past that.

i have attempted to add it to my lense account but there is no pin given on the device. the device says online where the instructions sent me to get the pin and nothing more

Hello @0000user0000 

 

follow the USB update FAQ:

 

  • Log into Lens, Manage > Software > Trio C60 > Download the ZIP file with the latest PVOS 9.3.1
  • Unzip
  • Place all files on a FAT32 formatted , max 32GB large USB Stick
  • Move from PC and plug into the side of the Trio
  • Follow the instructions aka enter the admin password

Once the Phone is on a current software you can still link it via the PIN to Poly Lens

Should the screen show any progress? I see no indication the update is taking place.
