Hello team,

I would like to request some information regarding the following phone models: Polycom VVX250 and VVX450.

Could you please confirm:

  • If these models are still supported, especially in terms of firmware updates and compatibility?

  • Whether there is any planned End-of-Life (EOL) for these devices in the near future?

This information is needed to assess the client’s current setup and anticipate any potential risks or recommendations.

Thank you in advance for your support, and please let me know if you require any additional details.

Best regards,
Mohammed belgacem

Hello @mohammedSmp ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

A quick Google Search shows:

The Polycom VVX 250 has reached its "End of Sale" (EOS) and is scheduled for "End of Support" (EoS), with the latter estimated to be around December 27, 2029. This means the device will no longer be sold by the manufacturer, and its official support will eventually cease, although it may still be supported by some third-party providers like Zoom for a period.

End of sale and support
  • End of Sale: The VVX 250 is no longer available for purchase from the manufacturer.
  • End of Support: Official manufacturer support is expected to end around December 27, 2029.
  • Succeeded by: It has been succeeded by newer models like the Poly Edge E220

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards
