i'm using a hp elitebook g5 with windows 11 installed. been taking courses on cyber security and wanted to install kali linux but for that i'll need to access the BIOS to allocate some CPU to the virtual machine, turns out my BIOS has a password and i can't get in.
please does anyone have any soluions to this?

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:
According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs, or any other safety measures.
Therefore, this topic is being locked.
