i was resetting my laptop when suddenly its battery died, i charged it and turned it on. it could not find a booting system, i went on www.hp.com/go/techcenter/PCD I ags i followed the instructions and found out that my 1st drive's SMART Check had failed. i tried plugging in an usb with it installed but it doesn't let me open it up. they gave me a failure id.
