I have a EX950 that needs to be RMA'd, the online system will not recognize the serial number of the devices. Seems like this is a common problem. Could one of the admin's give me HP's contact information?

For anyone with the same issue just email Multipointe directly. Their email is on the back of the SSD packaging as well as on their website

I got an RMA within 1hr compared to 1 week of run around with HP.

@thejaredhuang I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
